Maryland State Police investigating armed carjacking and abduction of deliverymen on I-495 inner loop

Two deliverymen were abducted and subsequently released in an apparent carjacking of a box truck with more than 100 packages on the Interstate 495 inner loop early Thursday morning, Maryland State Police said.
