Carroll County Republican Central Committee chariman Dave Brauning Jr. said via email his group is receiving feedback from the public through Jan. 6 on the local applicants and is set to vote Jan. 7 for an individual to send to Gov. Larry Hogan as a potential replacement for Warren Miller as a state representative in the House of Delegates.
