Federal judge approves Annapolis housing discrimination consent decree, including a $900,000 settlement

U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake approved the agreement that includes a $900,000 settlement. A portion of that sum will be paid to 52 public housing residents named as plaintiffs.
