Ravens reportedly proposing ‘spot and choose’ rule that could drastically change NFL overtime

Under a reported rule change that will be proposed by the Ravens, teams playing in overtime would not only have the choice of deciding whether to start on offense or defense but where to spot the ball on the opening drive.
