Baltimore senators to revisit Johns Hopkins University police force, as state Sen. Carter pushes repeal

The Baltimore City Senate delegation has agreed to pleas from Democratic Sen. Jill P. Carter to hold a hearing on repealing the authorization for Johns Hopkins University to create its own police department.
