Harford begins installing video cameras on Ma & Pa Trail in response to Rachel Morin’s death

In response to the death of Rachel Morin, Harford County has started installing a video camera system on the Ma & Pa Trail where her body was found. The system, which is expected to be active mid-February, will cover nearly 2 miles.
